FAQ
How long does the audit take?
Most audits are completed within 3 to 5 weeks, depending on your availability and the level of complexity. During the scoping call, we’ll agree on a timeline that works for your team.
Can the audit be conducted remotely?
Yes. The full audit can be delivered 100% remotely, through video calls and digital collaboration. On-site options are also available if preferred.
What if we don’t have a forecasting baseline?
No problem. We will compare your historical (manual) forecasts against our statistical benchmarks and models. This is often a helpful first step for teams who rely heavily on manual enrichment or lack consistent KPIs.
Will I get a written report?
Yes. You’ll receive a detailed written report that includes our findings, benchmarking results, and a prioritized improvement roadmap. We also provide a summary presentation to share with stakeholders if needed.
