Forecast test terms

These terms apply when you send data to SupChains (“we”) for a forecast test from supchains.com/forecast-test/. You accept them when you send your files.

1. What we use your data for

We use your data only to run your forecast test: we check it, forecast it, and write your report. We do not use it to train or test models for anyone else, and we never use it to train language models (LLMs).

2. Confidentiality

Your data, and the results we compute from it, are your confidential information. We do not disclose them to anyone outside SupChains, except to the service providers that process them for us. We never name your company or publish your results without your written consent.

3. Your data

You keep every right to your data. You confirm that you may share it with us for this test, and that it holds no personal data.

4. Our methods

SupChains keeps its models, code and methods. You may use the report and the forecast inside your company.

5. Deletion

We delete your files 90 days after we send you the report, or earlier if you ask. If you start a project with us, the terms of that project then apply.

6. No commitment

The test is free and commits you to nothing.
